Both Thursday and Friday I ran the same neighborhood route, just easy pace. The nice weather that came this week has been enjoyable on the morning runs! I decided not to run in the hilly neighborhood this week because my achilles/plantar fasciitis has been bothering me some since the Clearwater hills on Sunday. So, um, it kinda seems like it is hills that make it worse. And I kinda have been doing a lot of hill training. Because I kinda have a hilly marathon 4 weeks away. Oops.
Yoga Everyday: last night I did a flexibility routine from my Pocket Yoga for Athletes book by Sage Rountree. It included a Moon Salutation in the routine. Yes! Moon Salutation! I have only ever heard of Sun Salutation before.
